Job Summary
Conduct homeowner relationship management as the day-to-day liaison, owning the journey from pre-arrival planning through departure while coordinating reservations, preferences, and special requests. Facilitate new onboarding and manage communications, including newsletters, billing updates, and service notifications, ensuring accurate profile maintenance. Serve as the operational liaison between homeowners and resort departments, coordinating arrivals, departures, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor access. Support residential asset stewardship by conducting pre-arrival and post-departure inspections, managing inventory, and overseeing preventative maintenance and seasonal preparations. Manage financial and administrative operations, including month-end billing, HOA expenses, rental calendars, and departmental reporting. Work primarily Tuesday through Saturday with flexibility for holidays and occasional evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, warm and hospitality driven approach.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage competing responsibilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while exercising sound judgment and initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with homeowners, resort teams and vendors.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate the property by foot, resort provided bicycle or personal vehicle as needed.
- Availability to work primarily Tuesday through Saturday, with flexibility for holidays and occasional evenings
Desired Qualifications
- experience with hospitality or property management systems (e.g., Opera Cloud, Alice, Owner Relations)
- Two to three years of experience in luxury hospitality, residential services, property management or a comparable guest-facing environment
- Bilingual proficiency
