Job Summary
Manage day-to-day field operations for multiple luxury residential remodeling projects, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Conduct regular site inspections, review construction drawings, and maintain daily project logs while resolving field issues through collaboration with project management. Communicate regularly with homeowners to provide updates and address questions professionally, verify workmanship before completion, and assist with punch-lists and final walkthroughs. This role requires a proactive superintendent with 3+ years of experience in custom home renovations, comfortable using platforms like Buildertrend or Procore, and based in the Philadelphia area.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Lead Carpenter, or Field Supervisor within residential construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience overseeing custom home renovations, additions, or luxury residential projects strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and building systems
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
