Job Summary
Strategic Analyst in Fischer Homes' Corporate Strategy team supporting research and recommendations for land and sales strategy. Responsible for competition analyses, demographics research, economic and inventory data forecasting, and creating presentations for senior leadership. Collaborates with multiple departments, communicates findings clearly to executives, and leverages AI to improve processes. Requires at least three years in data analytics/finance/strategic planning, a four-year degree in a related field, and strong analytical and communication skills. Position is 100% onsite in Erlanger, KY.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Three (3) years of experience in data analytics, finance, or strategic planning
- Four (4) year degree in Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical capabilities
- Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and across departments
