Job Summary
Support clients in developing skills for living independently and assist with wellness and recovery goals within a 24/7 community-based adult residence. Participate in direct 1:1 and group activities, help with apartment maintenance, and transport residents to appointments, shopping, and extra-curricular activities. Maintain appropriate and accurate documentation while ensuring effective communication with the treatment team and community agencies. Requires a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or education/counseling, a valid driver's license, and an automobile with liability insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or education/counseling from an accredited college or university
- Valid driver's license
- Automobile with liability insurance
- Clean background and driving record check
- Valid driver's license and automobile with the liability amount of at least $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident
- A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, rehab counseling, education/counseling, or a related field from an accredited university
- Time management and organizational skills
- Must be Self-Motivated and Independent
