Job Summary
Support patients in developing skills for living independently, assist with wellness and recovery goals, and provide safe medication support, education, and self-administration. Participate in direct 1:1 and group activities while helping with room and apartment maintenance. Ensure effective communication with the treatment team and maintain accurate documentation. Provide 24/7 support around daily living and mental health management in a community-based adult residence, including transportation to appointments and community activities. Requires a valid driver's license, automobile with liability coverage, and a Bachelor's degree in psychology or social work. Full-time 40-hour position with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or social work
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must possess an automobile with bodily injury liability coverage in the amount of at least $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident
- Time management and organizational skills are a must
- Must be Self-Motivated and Independent
- Ability to climb stairs and stay physically active throughout the shift
