Job Summary
Provide hands-on, person-centered care to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting, assisting with daily activities like personal care, hygiene, eating, cooking, cleaning, mobility, and personal organization. Encourage independence by supporting clients in achieving personal goals while creating a safe, respectful, and engaging home environment. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, six months of experience working with individuals with disabilities, a valid California driver's license, and current auto insurance with a clean driving record. The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $20.65, with DailyPay available for financial flexibility.
