Job Summary
Residential Specialist II in Torrington, CT, full-time, Monday–Friday 9:00 am–5:00 pm. Responsible for documenting and delivering direct services to adults in recovery from chronic mental health and co-occurring conditions, implementing and documenting Individualized Recovery Plans, teaching Activities of Daily Living, identifying and referring social supports, and maintaining confidential progress charts. Requires driving a personal vehicle locally and within the state. GED or high school diploma required; 2 years of related experience or degree in a related field; valid driver’s license and insurance.
Required Qualifications

- 2 years related experience and/or degree in related field
- license, certification i.e. Recovery Assistant certificate (if applicable)
- Valid driver license, vehicle registration, and vehicle insurance
