Residential Specialist

Conduct crisis intervention, manage client intake and exit procedures, and provide safety planning, education, and advocacy for residents. Prepare meals, serve food, and oversee campus cleanliness, including making ready rooms and apartments for incoming or transitioning clients. Maintain accurate documentation, coordinate donations, manage inventory, and assist clients in accessing basic needs while supporting overall office administration and equipment upkeep. Work directly with staff, vendors, and volunteers to coordinate residential client services. This role operates on a Monday–Friday or Thursday–Monday shift from 3 PM to 11 PM.
