Residential Specialist-Chula Vista AM

Provide hands-on, person-centered care to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting, assisting with daily activities including personal care, hygiene, eating, cooking, cleaning, mobility, and organization. Encourage independence by supporting clients in achieving personal goals while maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging home environment. This role requires Thrus & Fri 6a-11a, Sat & Sun 6a-2p, and Mon 6a-10a shifts with a salary of $20.00 to $20.65. Candidates must have six months of experience working with individuals with disabilities, a valid California driver's license, and a clean driving record. Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are preferred, along with experience using case management systems.
