Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP), also titled Residential Specialist, provides direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting in Bridgeville, PA. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene), preparing meals and aiding feeding, supporting daily living skills and independence, helping individuals participate in community activities and appointments, offering companionship and emotional support, maintaining a safe and welcoming home, following individualized support plans, and promoting dignity and person-centered care. Required Qualifications
