Job Summary
Join HCRS as a Residential Specialist where you will support individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges in developing independent living and emotional regulation skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preference for an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a positive attitude while being compassionate and respectful. Competitive pay of $20-$23.1990 per hour along with a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of successful employment.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude of compassion, respect, and ability to set appropriate boundaries as a caregiver
