Job Summary
Lead Residential/Commercial Journeyman Electrician role in Valdosta/Thomasville/Tifton areas seeking a team-oriented electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings. Responsibilities include reading blueprints and wiring diagrams, wiring and installing conduits, MC cable, outlets, lighting systems and fixtures; troubleshooting with testing devices and diagnostic tools; ensuring compliance with NEC standards and local codes; supervising and directing electricians to install, maintain, or repair electrical systems; providing clear explanations to homeowners; managing a company vehicle and inventory; and on-call availability with some weekend work. Requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, time management, safety awareness (OSHA), valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to manage job-sites and coordinate activities with minimal supervision.

- Knowledge of NEC standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- OSHA safety awareness
