Job Summary
The Residential Shift Supervisor will oversee the shift, ensuring rules, policies, and procedures are followed while providing leadership and support to Residential Counselors. Responsibilities include implementing individual Level Plan objectives, ensuring client safety and care, and developing strong relationships with clients and employees. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or equivalent experience, strong leadership skills, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or 2 years related field preferred
- Demonstrates excellent leadership skills
- At least two years of experience in Human Services working with adolescents
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must pass a CORI within the standards identified by EEC
- Must have availability of an automobile to transport clients
Desired Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
