Job Summary
Conduct security patrols of designated areas by foot, observing for conditions that may create safety hazards or theft risks. Maintain access control of premises, monitor entrances and exits, and attend to the front desk to greet customers. Provide a high level of customer service by interacting with visitors and staff in a professional, proactive, and helpful manner. Maintain regular, consistent attendance and adhere to all rules, policies, and orders while projecting a positive image in dress and decorum. Submit detailed case reports and utilize multiple software applications to process visitors and employees efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Proficient with technology and using multiple software and applications
- Ability to type quickly to process visitors and employees efficiently
- Speak clearly and concisely
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to conduct foot patrols frequently
- Position requires excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Must have experience in providing detailed case reports
- Excellent computer skills with high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards
- Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment
- High School Diploma
- 3rd Shift, Weekends
