Job Summary
The Residential Shift Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a therapeutic environment, ensuring the safety and welfare of clients, and implementing individual Level Plan objectives. This role includes leading shifts, supervising Residential Counselor/Relief Workers, responding to emergencies, and fostering supportive relationships with clients and staff. Candidates should possess excellent leadership skills and at least two years of experience in human services with adolescents, along with a bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or 2 years related field preferred
- Demonstrates excellent leadership skills; Prior supervisory experience
- At least two years of experience in Human Services working with adolescents
- Must have valid driver’s license; Must meet Agency requirements for driving history records
- Must pass a CORI within the standards identified by EEC
- Must have availability of an automobile to transport clients or perform other supportive services as necessary
