Job Summary
Supervise assigned employees, recruit and interview candidates, and manage scheduling for a 70-bed residential treatment facility. Monitor staff regarding milieu issues and manage crisis situations involving residents with serious mental illness. Ensure agency compliance with Federal, State, and local laws while overseeing documentation, incident reports, and daily progress notes. Establish therapeutic relationships with residents and coordinate specialized treatment approaches. Verify schedules, assure transportation and coverage, and actively participate in program meetings. Maintain ethical standards and train team members on job duties and expectations.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate, GED or equivalent
- WA State credential/license
- Skilled in MS Word and Outlook
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality
- Valid Washington State driver's license; proof of insurance
- May be required to work evenings and/or weekends depending upon program needs

- Promote whole health care as a key to people's recovery and quality of life
