Residential Services Manager

Residential Services Manager oversees the daily operations and service delivery of the North and East County domestic violence emergency shelters (Hidden Valley House and Project Safe House). Responsible for leadership and supervision of residential staff, client assessment and advocacy services, and ensuring trauma-informed, best-practice standards. Coordinates staffing and program operations, ensures compliance with agency policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements, and builds collaborative relationships with community partners. Key duties include overseeing shelter operations, facility maintenance coordination, staff training and supervision, timekeeping and personnel documentation, volunteer management, developing shelter programming, coordinating case review meetings, maintaining program documentation and funder reporting, donor coordination, and providing crisis intervention training. Requires after-hours on-call rotation, travel between sites, and the ability to work in IPV/SA/stalking contexts. Hybrid-model eligibility after operational proficiency; in-person work in a communal housing facility with travel within San Diego County. Strong emphasis on program and shelter operations management, staff development, confidentiality, and cultural competence.
