Job Summary
Operate company vehicles to transport adult residential clients to community, medical, legal, housing, benefit and other appointments, and outings; maintain safety, confidentiality, and professionalism; develop efficient route plans; document interactions and observations in electronic health records; ensure vehicle readiness and compliance with safety policies; maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete routine inspections; provide safe, reliable transportation and communicate transportation needs with clients and staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate, GED or equivalent experience
- WA State Department of Health Credential- Registered Agency Affiliated Counselor (AACR)
- First Aid/CPR.AED certified
- Valid Washington State driver’s license in good standing; proof of insurance
- Must have a minimum of five years of general driving experience
- Skilled in MS Word and Outlook
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality
