Job Summary
Arc of Acadiana seeks a Residential Services Director (ICF Administrator) for South Louisiana to lead the administration, regulatory compliance, and operations of the Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) Residential Program. This executive role oversees multiple residential homes serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring safe, person-centered, high-quality services; accountable for survey readiness, licensing, quality assurance, risk management, workforce leadership, and operational excellence across locations. Key duties include directing Residential Community Group Home operations, maintaining ICF compliance with federal/state/Medicaid/licensing requirements, leading regulatory surveys and corrective action, supervising residential and nursing leadership, ensuring participant health and safety, monitoring program performance and staffing, managing departmental budgets and strategic priorities, and fostering a culture of accountability and regulatory excellence. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) and significant leadership experience in residential services or related areas, with travel between locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, Special Education, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in residential services, healthcare, developmental disabilities services, or related field
- Minimum three (3) years of supervisory or management experience
- Experience with ICF regulations, licensing surveys, Medicaid requirements, and regulatory compliance strongly preferred
