Job Summary
Residential Services Coordinator on swing shift (4:00 PM–12:30 AM, Sat–Sun) at LifeMoves Eleven Eleven in San Carlos. Responsibilities include providing calm, supportive crisis response; connecting clients to resources; supporting daily operations with radical hospitality; monitoring site safety through rounds and camera observation; reporting maintenance or pest issues; managing meals, supplies, and inventory; documenting interactions and move-ins/move-outs; and collaborating with volunteers, donors, and staff. Emphasizes ethical conduct, confidentiality, and a compassionate approach to help clients achieve housing stability. Requires high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of related experience; includes participation in trainings and potential travel for events; may involve interacting with veterans and diverse populations; background check and TB test required.
