Job Summary
Residential Services Coordinator (Part Time, Swing shift 4pm–12:30am) at LifeMoves’ First Step for Families in San Mateo, CA. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, ensuring site safety, handling crises, responding to needs of clients/volunteers/donors/visitors, coordinating daily operations, maintaining documentation, preparing rooms, managing supplies, and supporting program operations. Requires ability to respond calmly in crisis, maintain confidentiality, and participate in trainings (CPR, Mental Health First Aid, crisis intervention, database use). Must demonstrate DEIB principles, strong organizational skills, and effective communication; proficient with standard office software and demonstrate teamwork and adaptability. Minimum education is a High School Diploma or GED with 2–3 years of related experience or substitution as eligible.
