Job Summary
Residential Services Attendant responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the community, including offices, amenities, hallways, stairwells, breezeways and vacant units. Perform routine cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal) and ensure safe, courteous service to residents and staff. Clean carpets, furniture, windows, and maintain organized supply areas; prepare vacant units for new residents with light cleaning and touch-ups; report maintenance or safety issues and follow safety procedures. Must be detail-oriented, reliable, capable of working independently or as part of a team, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays). Educational/experience requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years in janitorial/custodial/groundskeeping; apartment-industry experience is preferred, and basic maintenance knowledge and a valid driver’s license may be required depending on property needs.
