Job Summary
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, including installing water heaters, fixtures, and resolving blockages. Perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and educate homeowners on maintenance options while adhering to safety standards and local codes. Document completed work and assist in developing apprentice plumbers. This role requires a valid driver's license, strong diagnostic skills, and comfort with mobile documentation software. No Sunday shifts or on-call rotation; schedule is five or four days depending on location. Company-provided vehicle and fuel card included.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, tools, and applicable codes
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable using mobile technology and software for documentation and invoicing
- Ability to lift equipment and work in residential environments
- No Sunday shifts
- Five or Four-day work schedule
