Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems with precision, including installing fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and drain systems. Educate customers on maintenance solutions and upgrades while utilizing digital inspection tools, smart leak detection, and paperless invoicing systems. Maintain clean, code-compliant jobsites and represent the company with professionalism. This role requires 2+ years of plumbing experience, a tech-forward mindset, and a valid driver's license. Based in Northern Virginia, Fauquier County, or Prince William County, you earn weekly pay with uncapped commissions and profit sharing. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of plumbing service experience (residential or light commercial)
