Role requires managing inventory, following safety protocols, interacting with homeowners, and coordinating with team members. Requires 2+ years of hands-on plumbing experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to read blueprints, knowledge of local codes, proficiency with plumbing tools, and the capacity to handle physically demanding work (lifting 50–100 lbs). Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and 3 years of driving experience
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications
- Expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing water, gas, and sewage systems
- Familiarity with local and state plumbing codes and regulations
- Experience with tools such as pipe cutters, threaders, and soldering tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills for customer interactions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency calls
- Safety-oriented with knowledge of safety protocols
- Leadership and teamwork abilities to lead apprentices and coordinate with other trades
