Job Summary
Residential Service Manager in Yeppoon (Capricorn Aged Care Facility). Lead a large team of nurses, personal carers and support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while ensuring regulatory compliance, quality governance, and financial sustainability. Collaborate with senior clinicians to coach frontline leaders, coordinate care delivery across a large team, drive occupancy through community engagement, and oversee property maintenance, hospitality and lifestyle programs. Must hold Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent), be fully registered with AHPRA, and have 3–5 years of leadership/management experience in aged care. Required Qualifications
