Job Summary
Residential Service Electrician role performing high-quality electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations for residential systems (panels, wiring, lighting, surge protection) with emphasis on diagnosing issues, troubleshooting complex problems, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include educating homeowners on electrical systems, presenting service options, guiding repair/replacement/upgrade decisions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local codes, maintaining clean work areas and proper tool/equipment handling, and documenting work using ServiceTitan or similar software. The position emphasizes on-the-job training, safety, and opportunities for advancement within the Mister Sparky family.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential electrical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and KPIs
