Job Summary
Residential Service Electricians perform high-quality electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations (panels, wiring, lighting, surge protection, and more); diagnose electrical issues, troubleshoot complex problems, and provide accurate solutions; educate homeowners on electrical systems and present service options; guide customers through repair, replacement, and upgrade decisions; ensure work meets industry standards, safety protocols, and local electrical codes; maintain clean work areas and proper tool/equipment management; document work using ServiceTitan or similar software; require 2+ years of residential electrical experience, strong troubleshooting/diagnostic skills, ability to meet sales goals and KPIs, valid driver’s license, ability to pass background check and drug screening, professionalism and customer-service orientation; opportunities for advancement within the company; benefits include medical plans, PTO, 401(k) match, and a company car.
Required Qualifications
