Diagnose electrical issues, troubleshoot complex problems, and provide accurate, effective solutions while delivering exceptional customer service by educating homeowners and guiding them through repair, replacement, and upgrade decisions. Ensure all work meets industry standards, safety protocols, and local electrical codes; maintain professional relationships and clean work areas; document work using ServiceTitan or similar software; participate in ongoing training and leadership development in a supportive team environment where opportunities for advancement exist.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential electrical experience including service calls
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Professionalism, reliability, and dedication to safety
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
