Job Summary
Residential Service Electrician responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and maintaining residential electrical systems. Communicate effectively with homeowners, explain problems and recommended solutions, ensure compliance with safety standards and codes, and perform tasks such as wiring, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, and other electrical accessories. Must handle physical demands (lifting, climbing, crawling) and operate using safety-conscious practices in various indoor/outdoor environments. Required Qualifications

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
- Adaptability, flexibility, and creativity as a collaborative team player
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills to address and resolve electrical issues
- A valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience
- Over 2 years of electrical experience, preferably with a focus on residential projects
- The physical ability to lift to 50 lbs. as required by the job
- The physical requirements of this job include lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally, climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work
- Ability to drive
- Working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, crawlspaces
- Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
- Use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch
- Exposure to extreme temperatures indoors and outdoors, heat or cold, and adverse weather conditions such as wind, rain, ice or snow
