Residential Service Electrician

Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems including lighting, ceiling fans, outlets, switches, breakers, EV chargers, and electrical panels. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform service upgrades, remodel work, and new residential installations while reading blueprints and interpreting electrical diagrams. Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code and local building codes, maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment. Communicate respectfully with homeowners and team members. This Florida-based locally owned contractor seeks a dependable electrician with at least three years of residential experience and a preferred Florida Journeyman license to join their growing team.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on ladders and in attics when needed
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential electrical experience preferred
- Florida Journeyman Electrician license preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
