Job Summary
Conduct residential counseling and crisis prevention for adult clients while administering behavioral health care services. Facilitate individual services coordination, manage treatment teams, and oversee staff training and orientation. Ensure proper documentation, medication monitoring, and adherence to safety standards and government regulations within a therapeutic environment. Provide administrative supervision and maintain a safe setting for all residents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a major in mental health or other appropriate human services discipline
- High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of related work-life experience
- combination of 1 or more years of college and related work-life experience, which total 4 years
- at least 1 year of related work-life experience (if bachelor's degree is not in the human services field)
- RN or LPN with 2 years of related work-life experience
- one year of experience in a residential setting
- Valid driver's license in the state of residence
- no more than 5 points on driving record
- Must be 21 years old
- Sunday- 7A to 3P
- Monday - 7A to 3P
- Tuesday - 9A to 5P
- Wednesday - 9A to 5P
- Thursday - 8A to 4P
