Job Summary
Develop and administer behavioral health care services to adult clients through Client Care Services, including medications monitoring, residential counseling, and crisis prevention. Coordinate individual services, facilitate management, and provide administrative supervision while ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment adhering to safety standards and regulations. Train new staff during orientation and maintain proper documentation procedures as a member of the treatment team. Requires a Bachelor's degree in mental health or equivalent experience, a valid driver's license, and must be 21 years old. Schedule includes Monday-Friday shifts from 2P to 10P or 8A to 4P.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a major in mental health or other appropriate human services discipline
- High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of related work-life experience
- Combination of 1 or more years of college and related work-life experience totaling 4 years
- At least 1 year of related work-life experience if the bachelor's degree is not in the human services field
- RN or LPN with 2 years of related work-life experience
- One year of experience in a residential setting
- Valid driver's license in the state of residence
- No more than 5 points on driving record
- Must be 21 years old
