Job Summary
Residential Security Advisor role with CPI Security in Raleigh, NC focused on designing, presenting and selling home security and automation solutions. Responsibilities include self-generating opportunities, scheduling in-home consultations, building relationships with customers, maintaining weekly appointments, merchandising product sections, and collaborating with the Sales Manager to achieve goals. Requires strong communication, prospecting, time-management, and problem-solving skills; high school diploma; CRM experience is a plus. Compensation includes guaranteed base pay with uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years of outside sales experience preferred, but will train the right individual
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with CRM (i.e., Salesforce) is a plus
