Job Summary
Conduct access control, assist residents and visitors, and manage the computerized visitor pass and logging system for a residential building in Long Island City. Monitor property security during Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, while remaining available for additional 8-hour shifts including Friday and weekday mornings. Maintain a valid NYS Security Guard Registration Card and demonstrate basic computer skills to handle daily operations. This Full-Time role reports to the Account Manager and offers health benefits, paid sick days, and paid holidays after 90 days of employment.
