Job Summary
Residential Scheduling Coordinator at CARC, Inc. in Carlsbad, NM ensures homes are staffed, safe, and delivering high-quality active treatment. Responsibilities include coordinating staffing and on-call coverage, supervising Residential Instructors, assisting clients with funds, outings, and daily living needs, maintaining safe homes with proper cleanliness, food safety, drills, and compliance, and completing documentation and weekly forms to support assessments. Requires experience in residential, long-term care, or rehab (preferred), a High School Diploma/GED (preferred), ability to lift 50 lbs, valid NM driver’s license, strong English communication, and ongoing NMDOH eligibility with CPR/First Aid/HWC certifications.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs, assist with transfers, and respond to emergencies
- Valid NM Driver�s License meeting insurance requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Pre-Employment NM Caregivers Criminal Screening
- Post-offer physical & TB test
- Ongoing NMDOH eligibility and certifications (CPR, First Aid, HWC)
