Job Summary
Sell residential pest control solutions to new and existing customers by performing a needs analysis using knowledge of our pest control products and services; visually inspect homes/businesses for pests and pest entry points; collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and technicians to increase opportunities; partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams; develop proposals to resolve pest issues and expand services; complete Home diagrams using the Sales CRM and track daily activities and sales performance to close opportunities; engage in follow-up on past proposals to secure sales; leverage product knowledge to support new service installations and ensure satisfactory job completion; strong emphasis on customer-facing conversations, presenting effective solutions, and meeting KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer Associate's or Technical degree
- Pest Industry certifications a plus
- 1 or more years of sales or pest technician experience
- Prefer 1-2 years of experience in pest control sales and 2 or more years in a customer service role
- Effective verbal communicator with customer-facing conversations and presentations
- Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
- Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s)
