Job Summary
Residential Sales Specialist responsible for selling Rentokil’s Residential Pest Management Services to new and existing residential customers. Duties include performing needs analyses using knowledge of products and services, visually inspecting homes and businesses for pests, selling pest control solutions, coordinating with the customer service center and technicians, developing proposals, completing home diagrams using the Sales CRM, following up on proposals to close sales, and providing expert knowledge to service installations. Requires effective verbal communication, ability to present to customers, and travel within the assigned territory up to 100%. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Pest industry certifications are a plus. Travel and driver’s license required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of sales or pest technician experience
- prefer Associate's or Technical degree
- Valid driver’s license
- Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s)
