Job Summary
Sell pest control solutions to residential customers, assess customer needs by consulting and using product knowledge to drive sales, visually inspect homes for pests, and develop proposals to resolve issues and offer enhancements. Collaborate with the Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians; complete Home diagrams using the Sales CRM; follow up on past proposals to close opportunities; provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion; perform daily activities and sales performance tracking in the Sales CRM; and generally represent the national Rentokil brand to the local community. The role requires physical activity and the ability to travel within the assigned territory; a high school diploma, driver’s license, and strong communication skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license
- Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
- Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience
- Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory
