Job Summary
Residential Sales Specialist responsible for selling Residential Pest Management Services and Products to new and existing residential customers. Duties include performing needs analyses, inspecting homes for pests, recommending pest control solutions, collaborating with service teams, developing proposals, following up to close sales, and managing daily activities in a CRM system. Requires strong verbal communication, customer service orientation, driving within territory, and willingness to travel up to 100%. Full-time role with benefits and potential incentive/commission earnings. Sign-on bonus indicated in title; base pay and earning potential vary with performance and route assignments. Located in Palmdale, California with in-person field responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer Associate's or Technical degree
- Must have 1 or more years of sales or pest technician experience
- Prefer 1-2 years of experience in pest control sales and 2 or more years in a customer service role
- Must be an effective verbal communicator, with particular emphasis on customer-facing conversations and presentation with additional follow-ups
- Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
- Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s)
- Base pay range: $15.87-$28.27/hour
