Job Summary
Sell pest management services and products to residential customers, assess customer needs through consultation, and develop proposals to address pest issues while expanding services. Engage with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities; complete Home diagrams using the Sales CRM; follow up on proposals to close sales; provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion; perform routine inspections and upsell preventative maintenance as part of the residential sales process.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license from your state of residence
- Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
- Preferred 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience
