Job Summary
Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings. Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations, present compelling sales proposals, complete required sales documentation, and travel to assigned territories to achieve monthly targets across Spectrum services (high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video). The role emphasizes face-to-face interaction outdoors with limited office time, necessitating strong English communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. The position prioritizes outdoor activity, territory travel, and adherence to sales processes and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- A valid driver’s license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and the use of a reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned territories and company facilities
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English language
- Engaging interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends, and as business needs dictate to maximize prospective customer contact
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
