Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for acquiring residential customers by visiting assigned leads, conducting needs analyses, presenting compelling sales proposals, and completing required sales documentation. Role emphasizes face-to-face interactions, travel across assigned territories, and 90% outdoor work with minimal office time. Requires HS diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, interpersonal and consultative selling skills, ability to travel (including during inclement weather), familiarity with consumer devices, and a valid driver’s license with vehicle ownership. Base pay plus incentives aiming for total compensation over $100,000/year; travel-heavy responsibilities and knowledge of spectrum services (internet, TV, mobile, voice) emphasized. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Engaging interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned territories and company facilities
- Familiarity with computer operating systems and software applications
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- A valid driver’s license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and the use of a reliable personal vehicle
