Role involves both in-office and in-field work, with compensation consisting of a base salary in the $50k-$80k range plus uncapped commissions; benefits include 401K matching and PTO, mileage reimbursement. Requires sales experience in home improvement/building materials and lumber/materials knowledge; estimating experience is preferred. Must develop product knowledge, stay current on industry trends, and maintain ongoing client relationships to drive material sales.
Required Qualifications

- Lumber and building materials experience is required
- 2-3 years of estimating experience is preferred
