Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in home improvement/construction sales
- residential roofing experience preferred
- ability to inspect roofs in person; drone/EagleView beneficial but not a substitute
- strong sales acumen with experience in closing deals and relationship management
- self-motivated with growth mindset
- comfortable working in the field and interacting with clients
