Demonstrate value of innovative security and smart home solutions to customers by visiting homes, listening to needs, and customizing systems that combine security, automation, and life safety technology. Build trust through integrity and empathy to guide clients to the right recommendations, then conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals. Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating sales leads to maximize outreach in a collaborative environment. Requires self-motivation, strong communication, and comfort with technology; valid driver's license and willingness to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle are essential. Compensation includes uncapped commissions with new advisors earning approximately $95,000 and experienced advisors over $150,000, plus training stipends and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
