Job Summary
Residential Sales Plumber who can diagnose plumbing issues, educate homeowners, present professional options, and guide customers toward the right solution. Focused on high-value residential plumbing projects (tankless water heaters, whole-home filtration, RO, sewer/drain, gas piping, repipes, well pumps) with light commercial experience a plus. Responsibilities include managing the full service process from inspection to payment, continuous improvement through training, adherence to codes and standards, presenting properly scoped, code-compliant options, protecting the customer’s home, and documenting completed work. Requires strong diagnostic and advisory skills, professional communication, ability to navigate pricing/options, ServiceTitan usage, and a customer-focused, professional demeanor. Compensation is commission-based with performance-driven rewards; opportunities for advancement within a premium brand.
Required Qualifications
- Residential plumbing experience required
- Strong ability to diagnose residential plumbing systems
- Experience presenting repair, replacement, and system upgrade options for residential plumbing projects
- Confident educating homeowners about their plumbing system, explaining options clearly, and guiding customers toward the right solution without pressure or gimmicks
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening where permitted by law
- Comfortable using an iPad, ServiceTitan, photos, estimates, and digital paperwork
- Available for a demand-driven residential service schedule, including some evenings or weekends as needed
