Job Summary
Outside sales role focused on diagnosing homeowners’ comfort needs and selling high-efficiency HVAC and water heater solutions. Leverage internal warm leads, company-provided lead pipelines, and personal prospecting to close residential HVAC and water heater opportunities. Responsibilities include consultative selling, educating customers on technical concepts, building lasting customer relationships, and collaborating with the technical team during site visits to ensure tailored solutions and 100% satisfaction. Requires 2+ years of sales experience (B2C preferred), strong negotiation and closing skills, and excellent communication. Required Qualifications
