Job Summary
Conduct thorough site consultations with homeowners within 24 hours to translate client needs into accurate tree care solutions and project estimates. Line out field crews, oversee active residential projects for ANSI and OSHA compliance, and manage job execution to maintain target profitability. Represent The Urban Foresters as a trusted advisor from initial contact through final client follow-ups to secure high satisfaction scores. Achieve established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while maintaining a healthy pipeline of residential opportunities. This hybrid role requires ISA Certified Arborist credentials or relevant arboriculture experience, with a preference for bilingual Spanish speakers and Sandler sales training.
Required Qualifications
- Active ISA Certified Arborist credentials
- A degree in Arboriculture (or closely related field) AND the willingness and ability to sit for the ISA Certified Arborist Exam
- A minimum of 3+ years of direct experience in tree care AND the willingness and ability to sit for the ISA Certified Arborist Exam
- Valid Driver's License in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Proven ability in consultative selling
- Formal sales methodology training (e.g., Sandler)
