Job Summary
Residential Sales and Service Technician role in Gaylord, MI. You will drive to customer homes to service existing systems, perform annual maintenance, follow up on warranty issues, and recommend additional products/services to protect customers investments. The position includes base pay plus commission, on-the-job sales training, pre-scheduled appointments (no cold-calling), and a Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays. You will build rapport with customers, ensure issues are resolved, meet or exceed monthly sales goals, and represent the companys culture and purpose with reliable on-site attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' sales experience
- Valid driver9s license
- Ability to meet driving requirements
- Strong communication skills
